Baddam Bhoja Reddy is the Founder & Chairman (MD) of Mudhole Intellectual Forum who runs a non profit organisation named Mudhole Intellectual Forum (Mana Gudi Mana Badi). Bhoja Reddy started his career as a businessman, is also passionate about serving the people and is a generous human being who financially helps many students from the poorer sections of the society to seek higher education. He also funds various Government schools to provide better facilities to the students.

Bhoja Reddy who believes in spirituality donated lakhs to construction of temples and development of various spiritual places. Apart from these he is also a Cricket enthusiast and conducted various Cricket Tournaments to encourage Youth to take part in sports and socialise.
